Shipping

We are shipping all over the world through Federal Express. Shipping costs will be added at checkout and will vary based on region and desired delivery expedience of said item. All items will be shipped the following business day once availability of this item has been confirmed. Value of all goods will be made available on all packages. BERNARD DOUGLAS| holds no responsibilities for delays due to adverse weather condition, customs or circumstances beyond our control. Please note once item has shipped we cannot change the recipient’s address.

Returns

We accept returns. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. All items must be unworn, unaltered, baring the original tag and in its original condition and packaging upon receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. All items must be unworn, unaltered, baring the original tag and in its original condition and packaging upon receipt. We can only accept an item in exchange for the same article of clothing in a different size or color. In the event we are unable to accommodate a request for exchange, due to unavailability, we will issue a refund the following business day.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are items that can be reserved but are not available. The items will be shipped on the date noted on the purchase page. Pre-order item will be debited at the time the pre-order purchase is completed. Should the item become unavailable after the pre-order is placed, BERNARD DOUGLAS| will promptly inform and refund the customer upon being notified of the items unavailability.
